As a Realtor® since 2013 I bring over 20 years of combined experience in construction and real estate. After hanging up my toolbags I have gone on to help buyers and sellers with over 150 transactions and $50 million in sales. I have assisted clients with single family homes, condominiums, vacation rentals, raw land, multifamily properties, and commercial properties. I contacted Josh in early February 2023 regarding a condominium I was interested in viewing in Kihei, Maui. Josh responded immediately and within a day Josh set up multiple condo tours of similar condos. Unfortunately, the condo I most wanted had just received an offer. However, Josh has the negotiating skills and tenacity to succeed in Maui's competitive market and within 2 days we had a signed purchase agreement for the original condo I wanted. We then closed on the condo within a month. Needless to say, Josh facilitated a very smooth transaction. I have now worked with Josh on 3 different property transactions over the last 7 years and each time he has been a responsive and smart negotiator delivering favorable terms and price. Josh Feyen is an outstanding realtor, who comes with our highest recommendation. We had a relatively complex purchase scenario involving a 1031 exchange in a very tough buyer’s market on Maui. This was our first 1031 exchange and we didn’t know much about real estate in Hawaii. Josh took the time to walk us through the details and important decision points before we committed to moving forward to searching for properties. It felt more like getting advice from a trusted friend rather than a business relationship. Once we got to the point of searching for properties, Josh was both creative and strategic in helping us find our condo. When we identified the property and were under contract, Josh and his team were incredibly organized as we made our way to closing. He provided a step-by-step checklist with key milestone dates. Nothing was a surprise, and everything happened right on schedule. Josh has that perfect combination of subject matter expertise and customer service that make him an ideal agent. Josh was extremely helpful from the very first day I met him. He became our agent when I happened upon an open house in our area. When we found the property we really wanted, even though it was a bit out of our reach, Josh worked his magic in not only getting us in the door, but eventually gave us the keys. Josh helped us buy our condo in Maui, which due to Covid, we bought remotely. Josh helped put us at ease, and was accommodating, responsive and helped guide us when we needed it. Again, since we bought remotely, we had to rely on his knowledge of the local market and area, but it felt like we were being helped by a trusted friend. Highly recommended!

I have worked in sales my entire adult life. I’ve always found it funny when people say “I like to negotiate.” No one likes to negotiate, everyone just wants to know they got a good deal. When I asked Josh what he thought he gave me straight to the point answers throughout the process of buying a house. That is what I appreciate most. Ultimately he helped us find and buy our dream house at a great price far more easily than we thought and he was a pleasure to work with.
