Crislyn was a true professional and hit the ground running. She had open house events scheduled immediately after listing, got me a fillable disclosure doc and employed a highly skilled photographer for MLS pictures. She constantly sent me texts to keep me informed and gave detailed after-action reports on open house events despite the 3 hour time difference in our locations. She has an in-depth knowledge of the area and was instrumental in determining the listing price. Crislyn showed a genuine care for the property and took extra time to keep an eye on it in our absence.

Crislyn was an absolute dream to work with ! I cannot recommend her enough! She was so responsive, thoughtful, attentive, and she explained each part of the home buying process in great detail. I always felt like I knew what step we were on and what needed to happen next. Crislyn is from Hawai'i Island and she has incredible local knowledge. She was also an incredible negotiator when it came to negotiating terms for escrow. I always felt like she had my back every step of the way. It takes a huge amount of trust as a first time homebuyer to go down this road alone. I always felt so supported by Crislyn. If I ever have the funds to purchase another property in Hawai'i I will use Crislyn as my realtor . I honestly wouldn't want to work with anyone else.
