Aloha! I am Real Estate Broker in Hawaii. I serve all of the Big Island of Hawaii and recognized as Hawaii's Top 100 Realtors with the "Most Transactions" in 2018. I have built, owned, and operated my company, Pacific Ocean Realty for over 12 years. Sophia Yunis is an outstanding Hilo real estate agent who helped us sell two homes in the last couple of years (2023, 2024). The best Big Island Realtor ??I had the pleasure of having Sophia Yunis, as my Hawaii Real Estate Agent. It was such a great and wonderful experience. She was very kind, honest, understanding, patient and very caring about representing me in my best interest. She listened to everything I had to say very well and always followed up with everything we talked about.She was amazing throughout the entire process from beginning to end. She does her homework and Sophia took her time with great patience in going through all the paper work and making sure I understood everything and explained some different options and made everything crystal clear for me. I think she went beyond her scope of work and ensured that I was getting the best possible results and made things for me as easy and comfortable as possible.She was always available to respond to any of my questions. She has a great connection with her escrow company who also worked hard to ensure everything went smoothly and answered some of my questions and concerns with this type of inheritance sale. Sophia has great energy and is just the sort of detail-oriented agent you want when you're selling (or buying) a house. She was great to work with from start to finish, and we particularly appreciated her expertise, honesty and forthright communication style. She was excellent at advising us about how to get the house ready for sale, pricing it perfectly in a tricky market, and guiding us in communication with potential buyers, in understanding what the key clauses are in a mountain of paperwork, and in ensuring we didn’t miss important steps.
