Coldwell Banker Island Properties is pleased to announce its establishment of operations and office location in Kapalua Resort effective July 1, 2020. The new office, Coldwell Banker Kapalua, will become the preferred real estate brokerage in Kapalua.

Together this trifecta of resources will provide current and future homeowners of Kapalua with best in class integrated real estate services.

Coldwell Banker Island Vacations, one of the fastest growing property management companies on Maui, will also operate out of the new Kapalua office, offering both short-term and long-term property management services. The expanded presence is part of the firm’s plan to grow both the team and property portfolio organically, however the Company is also actively searching for acquisitions of well-managed property management companies.
