Jeff is a good personal friend and his assistance in helping me get the Hale?? on the Market and sold is incalculable! His knowledge of who to hire to do preparation for selling the Hale?? such as cleaning and walking me through the procedures of inspections and appraisals was spot-on and thoughtful. His help and availability at a moment’s notice was especially helpful to me since I had to work most of the time from California with selling my Hale?? . I would recommend Jeff to anyone interested in either buying or selling a home??! Aloha! Gregory ??????????

I have worked with Jeff both as a buyer and seller and I highly, highly recommend working with him. He is extremely hard working, responsive (within minutes if not immediate), knowledgeable, honest, and skilled at negotiation. When it comes to buying or selling a house, emotions can run high, and Jeff has a calm perceptiveness that helped us keep our feet on the ground and make the right decisions. Jeff has a ton of experience in Maui real estate, and having this experience in your corner helps keep things in the right perspective.Jeff is one those rare people who can see the big picture and all the small details at the same time. We had a complicated sale with an off-island buyer, off-island contingencies, and a volatile market. Jeff was on point throughout the process making sure all of the small details were correct and that everything stayed on track, and we even closed early.Lastly, nobody is going to out-work Jeff. Whatever needed to be done, he rolled up his sleeves and got it done. We had already moved off-island when we listed our house, and Jeff took care of everything, including many things outside of selling the house. Without a doubt he earned every penny of his commission.

Jeff was diligent, thorough as well as super hard working. We found him to be patient as this was for the sale of my mother in law. He knew that sometimes multiple conversations had to be made. Thank you Jeff for a job well done. Wishing you continued success!!

Jeff was amazing. He was always on the ball and always ready to guide and advise. I work in the business, and I can honestly say that he is one of the best agents I've ever had the pleasure to work with. He is really a consummate professional.

Jeff is honesty the best Realtor we have ever met. He Really worked hard on our behalf...he saved us money, he handled things we couldn't, without even being asked... and he sold our house after other agents couldn't get it done. He provided a level of service we have never seen, in 30 years of buying and selling homes!
