Ken is outstanding realtor. He is always there to assist you in all aspects of the sale. He is very experienced and is very knowledgeable. Ken is the best realtor we have ever had. Thank you to the Smith team for being our listing agent. Melissa, a very friendly and warm person was our contact person and we were very comfortableworking with her. She and the team (Ken and Greg) knew the Kahului market very well and marketed our home beyond our expectations. We were a 110% pleased with the outcome. The Smith team was a random selection to represent us and so grateful for their expertise. Highly recommend them.

Ken helped us to purchase our Pukalani home in 1999. We were grateful to him for helping us to buy this wonderful home for our young family, and when we made the big decision to sell 25 years later, we turned again to Ken and his team including Melissa and Greg. They guided us through preparing for listing with valuable advice: Get a seller’s disclosure and tend to the findings! They were spot on for a suggested pricing point as well. Always available for our questions, they showed excellent attention to detail which made for a very smooth process from start to finish. We are so fortunate to have Ken Smith & his team handle the sale of our Maui Meadows home. It was not an easy transaction. made more difficult because we live off island. Ken and his team, and most times Ken personally, handled the myriad of things that needed to be done. From the start, Ken helped clean and stage our home, with the production of an outstanding video presentation. He assisted us with the voluminous paperwork required since much of it was not familiar to us. Because of the excellence of that video presentation, our home sold within a short time. From then on, Ken took charge, assisting us every step of the way with all the documents that needed to be submitted, assisting us with the multiple items that needed to be handled setting up arrangements that convenienced us, doing all the leg work, the packing & shipping of the things we were keeping, and made the whole process seamless and easy for us when it should have been overwhelming. He was always available when we needed help or had questions. On the several occasions when we had to leave a message, he called back within a very short time. Our transaction was completed this week. From the beginning which was about 3 months ago to the conclusion, Ken was there for us always and we are so grateful to have him not only guide us but actually handle many of those .

I cannot overstate how helpful Ken Smith was to us in finding a place in Maui. He took time to get to know us, listened to what we were looking for, shared what he knew about various condo developments, stretched our considerations, answered all questions honestly based on his years of knowledge of Maui, and was relational from beginning to end. We never felt our concerns or questions were dismissed. He is an excellent realtor!

Where do we begin.Just purchased our second home on island. After purchasing properties in both California and Maui, working with Ken and his son Greg was the easiest most professional buying experience we have had. From start to finish Ken was professional and gave excellent guidance pre purchase. His negotiating skills are second to none. He communicated with us nearly daily and was the first to notify us when there were any issues. Both purchases were seamless and worry free. That is why when we were ready to buy we again sought out Ken for his expertise and knowledge. He has our highest recommendation and is someone we trust.

The Smith Team, with their extensive expertise and professionalism personally guided us through the maze of buying a house on Maui and simultaneously helping us close the sale of our home on Oahu. Their immediate response to any issue that came up was amazing! Without this attention, we would not have closed on both properties as quickly as we did. What meant so much to us was their frankness and truthfulness on assessing the value of a property while keeping in mind our specific needs. Their in-depth knowledge of Maui properties is invaluable. Working with Ken Smith and his team was truly a great experience. Besides being highly professional and knowledgeable they are all very friendly. They have great communications skills and really understand what the client wants. Always answered all the questions very promptly, were available by phone and text, keep us updated and reminded us about steps we had to do in timely manner.
