Patrick was awesome to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the Maui HI vacation condo market. Buying an ocean-front condo requires you to consider many issues and potential concerns. He was able to provide expert advice about matters relating to ocean-front condos like beach erosion. He was able to negotiate a price below asking in a very competitive market and secured additional concessions from the seller. He was very responsive to every question and concern. On a personal level, he was great to talk with always polite and friendly, and demonstrated that he really cared for us and wasn't just doing business. We enthusiastically recommend Patrick and Villa Group.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Patrick, our Realtor from Villa Group. He has made our dreams come true. He went above and beyond for our showings and was very knowledgeable about all the areas, plants and any other silly question I had. We were able to come to Maui to look at homes and then purchased while still on the mainland. He made the process as seamless as he could. We had very trying sellers and he did everything he could to make this happen for us. I recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy on island. Great experience! Very helpful in defining best price point for listing. Marketing was strong and wide reaching. Negotiation support was very good with no pressure to cave to lowball offers and suggestions to make the property "show" in the best way possible were great. Look no further. Patrick dominates this market. As a real estate investor with 16 years in the industry, I buy a lot of properties, and have worked with A LOT of realtors. Many of them offer me reduced commissions and other incentives for my business, but we continue to only use Patrick because having an EXPERT realtor more than makes up for the cost. Remember, you get what you pay for! And Patrick is the kind of Realtor that should probably be charging more than the others. I can’t say enough good things about him and his team. Bottom line, he’s the man for the job!

Patrick is a wonderful real estate agent. He is personable, kind and gets to know and understand his clients. I found myself in the position of doing a 1031 exchange on a rental property during a pandemic. I met Patrick on the advice of another person who worked with him to purchase a property on Maui and that person spoke highly of him but words don't do him or hos expertise justice. From our first conversation I knew Patrick was the guy I was going to learn from and have as my agent. His expertise in his area , professionalism, honesty and efficiency is above reproach. I've learned a lot from him and feel we've built a friendship. I'll recommend Patrick to anyone and everyone I know who's looking to get a property on Maui.
