About Candy I Mulcoy
Candy Mulcoy is a seasoned Real Estate professional on Maui, Hawaii, with more than 20 years of experience. She is a long-time resident of the island, having moved here in 1989. A native of Santa Cruz-Carmel, California. Her professional career started more than 35 years ago in the Securities and Insurance Industries as a successful Financial Consultant. Candy's background in analyzing her clients' investment portfolios has given her the edge in helping them achieve their investment profitability goals. She specializes in luxury residential homes & condominiums, including large parcels of land for development and equestrian facilities. From a very young age, Candy's passion has been her love of horses. An equestrian enthusiast, she has studied with Olympic medalists throughout her riding career. She is the president of the Hawaii Dressage Society and affiliated with USET and the USDF.
