As a resident of south Maui since 2006, Jason started out as a finish carpenter on many luxury developments including Papali, Kai Malu, and Kai Makani, among others. In addition to working as a real estate professional Jason also holds his active remodeling contractors license which gives him a unique ability to evaluate properties and their actual physical traits. This comes in especially useful during any inspection processes.

After graduating with honors from Columbia College in Chicago with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Audio Engineering, Jason began buying, remodeling, and selling properties in the city's "Gold Coast.” Here on Maui he is the owner and operator of Pono Construction as well as a State licensed Realtor.
