I was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawai'i. I have a bachelor's degree in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. I believe that investing in real estate is singlehandedly the best way to create generational wealth. One of my favorite clients are First-time home buyers. I have helped many families purchase property in Hawaii over the years. Other areas I am knowledgeable in is DHHL Leasehold Properties and VA buyers. I have a background in managing single-family residential ground up construction projects and fix-n-flips. As a realtor, I work closely with investors and help in the process from purchasing land, building and development, and all the way to getting my client's newly built home sold. Hanalei was amazing! She is very professional and knowledgeable in her expertise! She knows her stuff!! She went beyond the call of duty from pick us up to drop us off at the airport when we came in for viewing properties. She set up all the necessary services that were needed to make the property what it needed to be. She got us quotes and met with every one of them in order to get the services done, and before we moved into the house She met at the home the Electrician guy, the "water catchment dude" guy, the cesspool cover guy, the gutter cleaning guy and she didn't even need to do that... but she did! She got us a $10,000 credit that we used towards our closing. She kept an open communication with us the entire process!! Her recommendations were on the money with what we wanted and needed!
