If I could give Kristine more than 5 stars, I definitely would! We had a great experience purchasing our home, from start to finish. Kristine was very knowledgeable about Kailua-Kona, from real estate, to area professionals to recommend, to information and history of the area. She was always friendly and professional, and responsive in helping us buy our new house. Since we were not on-island during the purchasing process, she FaceTimed with us from several properties. I was truly surprised at how effective this was in helping us make our home purchase. When we were on-island, she spent several days with us, looking at properties in several areas, so we could select the best fit area for us. We will definitely plan on working with Kristine again, when we buy or sell another house. Thank you!

We worked with Kristine to buy and sell our home. She has spoiled us for working with all future realtors! She is incredibly responsive and answers all questions in detail without making you feel bad for asking them. She is also proactive and creative when it comes to making and closing offers. Kristine was a fabulous choice to represent us in our transaction. As soon as I chose her, she went to work at full speed and we got offers two days after the listing went up. She gave us great advice and we ended up selling in less than a week at a fair price that we were very happy with. All through the sale she kept us apprised of every step. We worked with Kristine in the sale of our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in Kona. Our primary residence is in PA so we needed to work with Kristine remotely. From our initial meeting to the close of the sale, Kristine was very professional. She has excellent communication skills and a delightful personality. She is trustworthy. She was able to negotiate a selling price that was considerably higher than what we were expecting. We were able to close on the property within 6 weeks of the initial offer. We feel fortunate to have had Kristine as our agent and would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone in the market to sell or buy in the Kona area.

Kristine was so helpful in assisting us in our new home purchase. We had lots of questions because it had been 20 years since our last purchase. Her expertise guided us, and her knowledge of the area helped us narrow down the choices. Kristine's patience and response time were incredible. Due to the current fast paced market, we ended up looking at dozens of condos, and every time a new one was on the market she already had all the info ready for us. Once we had our bid accepted, she held our hand through all of the steps necessary to close the sale. We can't thank her enough for all she did for us. Kristine went above and beyond for us. We had worked with her briefly before while my in laws were purchasing their home in Kona after retiring in California. So, when we decided to try she was who we went to. I'm so glad we did! From start to finish she was there for us. Kristine went to bat for us time and time again looking for the best deals in our price range. Shes honest. She works with integrity. Best of all she makes sure that you understand everything. She answered ALL of our questions if she didn't know the answer she searched them out for us. Kristine took the time to send letters out to homeowners within apartment complex's to see if there were any interested sellers. Her commitment to us as her clients is unmatched. As first time home buyers, she is a super honest real estate professional and I will strictly use her services in the future for any type of real estate venture me and my wife decide upon. She was always in constant communication with me or my wife on how our lending and escrow was going. She always met her appointments and made sure we stayed on track with our deadlines. We couldn't be happier with the experience with Kristine.
